Born in 1992, in Setúbal, Portugal, André Oliveira gives name to the psytrance music project Eargazmik.

When he was around 16, he started playing music instruments (first guitar, then bass and finally learned how to play drums by himself). It was at that time when he developed his great passion for psychedelic and progressive music and bands like Tool, King Crimson, Mastodon, etc. In the past he has played in multiple music bands within several genres, some being progressive rock, metal and so on.

At the age of 19, he started attending psychedelic trance parties in Portugal and was completely in love with the scene, the psytrance music and the whole concept around it.

Taught at the beginning by his childhood friend Okta, he began to produce psytrance music in October 2019. He attended a few music production workshops taught by Ulvae, GRUB, Ninesense, Render, Hydra-e and Gandhabba where he was able to consolidate and learn various themes related to music production.

Exploring numerous influences such as twilight and forest, his music is characterized by its heavy groovy bass lines, wild sharp and powerful leads, by its immersive and abstracts atmospheres that will take you in a mind-blowing journey through the cosmos and his consciousness. His compositions can guide you on different paths that will take you through mysterious, chaotic, and cinematic environments but also through rhythmic and psychedelic journeys. In his music path, he is always working to develop his skills. All he aspires is to bring his music and passion to the people and feel their happiness expressed through their body language when they are dancing.
